These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Corsair Workspace at corsair-workspace.vercel.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Corsair Workspace provides a workspace for managing email, calendar, integrations, tasks, and AI-assisted workflows. Core features include:

Gmail inbox — read, search, organize, compose, and send email.
Google Calendar — view events, check availability, and manage invites.
Plugin connections — secure OAuth linking for Gmail and Google Calendar.
AI agent — assist with inbox triage, scheduling, and workspace tasks.
Task automation — scheduled agent tasks and email workflows you configure.

Some features require you to connect third-party accounts such as Gmail and Google Calendar.

Google integrations and API access

When you connect Google services, you authorize us to access the Google data and OAuth scopes shown on the Google consent screen. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. You may disconnect integrations at any time from the Plugins page or revoke access from your Google Account.

Scopes we may request when you connect plugins include:

OpenID Connect — Authenticate your Google account during plugin connection.
Email address — Identify which Google account you connected to your workspace.
Basic profile — Display your name on connected plugin status where applicable.
Gmail modify — Read, search, organize, compose, send, and manage messages and labels in your Gmail inbox.
Gmail compose — Create and update email drafts inside Corsair Workspace.
Gmail send — Send email on your behalf when you explicitly request it.
Google Calendar — View your calendars, events, and availability; create, update, and delete events; send meeting invites.
Calendar events — Sync and manage calendar events shown in the workspace and used by the AI agent for scheduling.

We use Google API data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
You must comply with applicable laws and third-party terms, including Google's policies.
You must only connect Google accounts you are authorized to use with this workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attempt to access another user's data without authorization.
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
Reverse engineer or misuse the platform except as permitted by law.
Use the service to send spam, malware, or harmful content.
Use Gmail or Calendar access obtained through the service in ways that violate Google's API policies or acceptable use rules.

AI features

AI agent features may process email, calendar, and workspace content you submit or authorize for use within the app. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts, messages, and calendar actions before sending or confirming them.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corsair Workspace and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
